Frequently asked questions | Aurora Shilajit
Aurora · clear answers
What would you like to know?
From your first question to caring for your jar. Find clear answers about our shilajit resin, batch documentation and your order.
Product & origin
What is Aurora Shilajit?
Aurora Shilajit is shilajit in resin form. Mix a small amount with warm water or tea. The product page shows the current jar size, price and product information.
How does resin differ from capsules and powder?
The differences are the format and composition. Resin is thick and sticky and is mixed into a liquid. Capsules and powders may contain other ingredients. Compare the label and batch documentation; format alone does not prove higher quality.
Where does the shilajit come from?
Shilajit is sourced from mountain regions. Contact us for the origin information of your specific batch if you need the exact sourcing area. A brand's business address is not necessarily the product's origin.
Are there any additives?
Aurora presents this product as pure shilajit resin without additives. Always check the ingredients on your packaging. This information concerns the resin and does not automatically apply to gummies or other formats.
Is the resin for both men and women?
The resin is not specifically a men's or women's product. Whether it suits you depends on the product instructions and your individual situation. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about use with a medical condition or medication.
Is it halal or organic certified?
We describe a product as certified only when a valid certificate is available. Contact us if you require a halal or organic certificate; natural origin is not a certification.
Usage & routine
How do I prepare the resin?
Take a small amount according to the packaging instructions. Mix with warm water or tea and stir until dispersed. Use a clean, dry spoon.
How much should I use?
Follow the recommended amount on your packaging. A pea-sized amount is not a precise weight measurement. If the dosage is unclear, send us a photo of the label before using the product.
When should I use it?
Choose a time that fits your day and follow the packaging instructions. We do not promise better results from using it at a particular time.
Should I take it on an empty stomach?
Follow the label. We do not make a general claim that taking it on an empty stomach works better. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about tolerance or use with medication.
How long does a 30 g jar last?
It depends on the amount per serving. Divide 30,000 mg by your serving size in mg. A 300 mg serving gives 100 servings; a 500 mg serving gives 60. These are calculation examples, not dosage advice.
What does shilajit taste like?
Resin generally has a strong earthy, bitter taste. Mixing it with warm water or tea makes it easier to drink. Taste does not prove purity.
When will I notice results?
We cannot promise an effect or timeline. Customer experiences are individual and do not prove that you will have the same experience. Choose based on clear product information rather than guaranteed results.
Can I combine it with other supplements?
We cannot assess every combination. Ask your doctor or pharmacist to review the full ingredient lists and amounts if you use several supplements or medicines.
Quality & lab reports
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis is a report for a tested sample. Check the laboratory name, report number, date, batch number, methods and results. A COA does not prove a health effect.
How can I get the report for my batch?
Email the batch number on your packaging to info@aurorashilajit.com. Ask for the full report for that batch. A report for another batch does not automatically apply to your jar.
Has the current batch been tested by Eurofins?
The laboratory name must match the report for the relevant batch. Do not rely on an older report or a general badge. Contact us for the current batch documentation if you want to check.
What does the fulvic acid percentage mean?
It is an analytical result linked to the sample and method used. Percentages from different reports are not always directly comparable. A higher percentage alone does not prove better effectiveness or safety.
Is the product checked for heavy metals?
Read the full batch report to see which metals were tested, the measured values and the limits used. We make no claim about substances that were not tested. Ask us for your batch report.
Can colour, solubility or a home test prove authenticity?
No. Colour, taste, texture and solubility can be resin characteristics, but do not replace laboratory testing and reliable origin information. We advise against burn tests.
Does a lab report guarantee suitability for everyone?
No. An analytical report describes the tested properties of a sample. It does not assess your medical situation or guarantee results.
Storage & product care
How should I store the resin?
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Use a clean, dry spoon and keep water out of the jar.
Why does the resin become harder or softer?
Resin texture can change with temperature: cooler conditions can make it harder and warmer conditions softer. Texture alone does not tell you whether the product is good or bad. If unsure, contact us with a photo and batch number.
How long does it keep after opening?
Follow the expiry date and any after-opening instructions on your packaging. We do not give a general shelf life that has not been confirmed for your batch. Contact us if this information is missing.
My jar looks different or smells unusual. What should I do?
Do not use the product if you suspect damage, contamination or spoilage. Send photos of the jar, label and batch number, together with your order number.
Orders & service
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs for your destination appear at checkout before payment. Read the shipping policy for current estimated delivery times. Holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
After your order is processed, tracking information is emailed to you. Check your spam folder too. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Whether a change is possible depends on processing and dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Aurora offers a voluntary 30-day return period after delivery, subject to the return policy. Contact us to arrange a return. Your statutory rights continue to apply and are not limited by this voluntary policy.
My order is damaged, incorrect or missing. What should I do?
Email your order number and a description to info@aurorashilajit.com. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we investigate.
How can I contact you?
Email info@aurorashilajit.com or send a message on WhatsApp. For an order, include your order number; for a product question, include the batch number if possible.
